While working as the content team at a full-service digital marketing agency, we had the opportunity to deliver comprehensive blog strategies, develop tone of voice (TOV) guidelines, and create in-depth ideal customer profiles. 

​

Here's a little insight into some of the website content writing projects we've worked on:

 
ELEMIS Amazon Listings 

Services provided: Tone of voice development, customer profiles, Amazon-specific keyword research, product listing creation

 

We collaborated with ELEMIS, a luxury skincare brand, to create a large volume of Amazon product listings.

The first task was to identify target customers for each of the brand's product lines. We created dedicated customer profiles for each range and developed unique tone of voice guidelines for each one.

We then carried out Amazon-specific keyword research using JungleScout, and used this information to write over 140 product listings. The listings included three short snippets and an in-depth product description section.

SpotDif Branding Development 

Services provided: Tone of voice development, customer profiles, landing page creation

​

We also supported SpotDif, a new price comparison website with developing tone of voice guidelines to use across all copy and communications. 

​

To do this, we created customer profiles for each of SpotDif's key sectors. These varied from domestic solar panels and mobility furniture to business heating solutions and payment processing systems. 

 

Once we'd developed the TOV guidelines, we presented this to the SpotDif team and then went on to create new landing pages and update existing content in line with the branding guidance.
